How can i export data from a foxpro program to microsoft access?

the program was made for my office and contains all my lists of customers and clients

1. It is simple, just from Microsoft access go to import and select the option of importing from Foxpro and then import it. If foxpro option is not there chose dbase option, both use similar file type. have a nice day
