Bahrain Export Enhancement Program

Does anyone know a program that can import and export DDS files?

I need a program that can open DDS files and export them to simpler files like BMP or TGA files. Then afterwards, import whatever changes I do on them as DDS files again. And finally, no problems when doing any of this. Best answer for a couple of these programs and their links. Thanks

1. Ooooh, This brings me back to my Halo 2 modding days...xD I used a program called DXTBMP http://www.brothersoft.com/dxtbmp-71327.html it does both... ^.^ Hope this helps!
